Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Handoff (“Handoff,” “we,” “our”), the client portal platform for creatives operated at creativehandoff.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Handoff. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us at support@creativehandoff.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription & payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. Trial periods are clearly labeled at signup.
• You may cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months. We may offer them at our discretion when service is materially disrupted.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Your content

You retain all rights to the files, projects, and messages you upload to Handoff (your “Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display your Content solely so we can provide the service to you and the clients you grant access to.

You are responsible for your Content. You confirm you have the rights to upload and share anything you put in Handoff, and that it does not infringe on anyone's rights or violate applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Use Handoff to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to access another account or data you don't own.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and your Content may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

Disclaimers

Handoff is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every specific requirement you have.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handoff is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of Handoff after a change constitutes acceptance.
